Lil Nas X will appear on an episode of Maury with his ex-boyfriend Yao Ariza and the mother of Ariza’s four-year-old son. Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Hill, appears in a dramatic trailer for the episode of Maury airing on Nov. 17.

Hill fell in love when he met Ariza, who is married with a four-year-old son, Noah. During the trailer for Hill’s episode, host Maury Povich reveals that Hill was surprised to learn the love of his life was married.

“Montero found the love of his life,” said Povich. “But was shocked to discover Yai was married with a child. Is Yai the dad? Or will Montero get exactly what he wants?”

During the dramatic trailer, Hill sat on the stage next to Ariza’s wife. He told her that he and Ariza had been dating for more than a month.

“Me and Yai have been together for about a month and a half,” he said.

Mrs. Ariza called Hill a liar.

Hill can be heard joking in the trailer, “This may be your baby, Maury.”

Footage also showed Mr. Ariza proposing to the “Montero” singer down on one knee. The results of a paternity test are also revealed on the episode to determine whether or not Ariza is the father of Noah and what looks like a brawl resulting in a destroyed bouquet of roses and Hill running off of the stage.

 

Ariza and Hill became an item in August, and his new song, “That’s What I Want,” is allegedly based on his relationship with Ariza. In the video for the song, Hill and a football player get together before he finds out that his love interest is married with a child.
