Ye Replaces Jay-Z With DaBaby On ‘Donda’ Leading To Mass Bewilderment

Ye has again left society confused by his actions. He replaced his longtime friend Jay-Z with entertainment pariah Jonathan DaBaby Kirk on a song from his new “Donda” album.

In two of Ye’s previous listening events, he played “Jail”, a song that has a guest feature by Jay. However, during his third event on Aug. 26, the song had a previously unheard verse rapped by DaBaby, reported XXL.

Of course, this raised eyebrows because DaBaby is currently grounded by the internet and the industry for homophobic comments he made at Rolling Loud Miami back in July.

Not only did Ye bring out DaBaby, but he also invited Marilyn Manson to join him onstage. Manson has been accused of several incidences of sexual abuse by at least 15 women.

Manson has also been accused of making racist and anti-Semitic remarks as far back as 2018. Last year, Ye briefly pledged his support for Donald Trump and engaged in intellectual dealings with Candace Owens so perhaps racism is not a dealbreaker in his associations.

Ye’s estranged wife also showed up to the listening event wearing some type of Pope meets Vera Wang dress complete with a vail. His piece de resistance was to set himself on fire.

In other words, the entire night was an entire heap of perplexity. The Twitterverse was not having any of it.

Ye has not explained why he replaced Jay with DaBaby, however, he also took residence in a stadium to continue to work on the album after the expected release date so this may have merely been a creative tweak.

He has been promoting his “Donda” album since last year summer and his fans are impatiently waiting for the album to finally be released. Constantly reneging on publicly announced release dates are a very Ye thing, though, so he still has the support of his listening public.

Surprisingly, the eccentric rapper answered for Manson’s appearance through his spokesperson.

“Marilyn Manson’s voice is featured on “Donda”, and he will continue to conceptually collaborate with Ye on the “Donda” project,” the spokesperson said.
