YAAASSS! Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Elegantly Slams Internet Trolls With Self-Confidence

Cori Broadus, legendary rapper Snoop Dogg’s beautiful daughter, shut online haters down during Thursday’s episode of Kamaro

Kamaro Brown spoke with Broadus to address the online hate she received after announcing her engagement to her longstanding inamorato Wayne Deuce, something the couple has endured since publicizing their relationship.

Haters rushed to the comments sections on several of her posts to question the foundation of her relationship and make racialized misogynistic comments.

But the 23-year-old revealed

in the interview that she had been bullied about her looks since she was diagnosed with lupus as a child.

The depression and insecurities she battled became unbearable, leading to suicidal thoughts. But as she grew and matured over the years, she learned to accept herself amid the loud choir of trolls.

“I’ve been bullied all my life, too,” she said. “Like when I first got on social media, it’s like I get more negative love than positive love. It’s all about how I look and what size I am, my skin. It just brought me to a place where I just didn’t want to be here no more and I feel like it’s so easy to give up.”

She continued, “My goal now is to talk to young women, talk to young boys. This stuff can be instilled in them when they’re younger. If I had all this instilled in me when I was younger, whatever anybody has to say about me wouldn’t have even mattered. I know how I look, I know how I feel and I’m fine with it.”

Still, Broadus faces backlash about her looks and relationship, and she said it made her question Deuce’s motives for being with her. Regardless, the two stick together and continue to support one another. Broadus also mentioned her father’s tremendous support, from her lupus diagnosis to her relationship.

Brown then surprised her with an encouraging video message from her dad, Snoop Dogg (real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr.)

“I love you, I’m proud of you, you are so inspiring,” Snoop said in the video. Love the changes that you made, love the way you lead, and the way you’re taking control of your destiny. Keep doing you. I love you.”
