A witness in the lawsuit against rapper Tori Lanez claimed he, his driver and Megan Thee Stallion’s former assistant, Kelsey Harris, beat her up. At the same time, she lay on the ground in a “fetal position,” the Daily Mail reported.
The witness is Sean Kelly, who’s a Hollywood Hills resident with a house that overlooked the area where the altercation took place. He said he woke up to arguing and fighting, seeing two women “pulling” at each other’s hair and “hitting each other.”
When asked about the shooting, Kelly said that he thought the noise was fireworks but “saw a muzzle flash about the same time the smaller gentleman (referring to Lanez) got out of the car.”
Although Kelly’s testimony was inconsistent, he said that he never saw the gun, only flashes. He said he saw flashes near Harris, indicating she shot first and then saw flashes near Lanez.
Megan’s lawyer asked the witness if Lanez appeared to have taken the gun from Harris, to which Kelly responded sarcastically with, “It’s not like he went, ‘Excuse me, can I have the gun, it’s my turn.'”
Kelly testified that Lanez fired four to five shots after getting out of the car. During the horrific altercation, Lanez allegedly screamed words like “motherf**ker” and the n-word.
Following the shooting, Kelly said Lanez, Harris, and his driver got out of the car while Megan was “crawling and stumbling” into a driveway and began beating her, claiming it seemed “they were trying to kill her.”
Once the driver announced that police were on their way, Kelly alleged that they picked up Megan, and it “looked like they were going to (throw) her” into a nearby creek. They placed her in the car and drove off.
Kelly denied hearing Lanez yell, “Dance b***h.”
The incident occurred after Lanez, Harris, and Megan left a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s mansion. Lanez pleaded not guilty to the three felony charges he faces.
