On Thursday, former radio personality Wendy Williams went to Caroline’s Comedy Club, where two other veteran radio hosts, Miss Jones and Angela Yee of “The Breakfast Club,” watched comedian Donnell Rawling perform. Williams previously had a storied career in radio before switching to TV in 2008, so Yee and Miss Jones wanted to take the opportunity to memorialize the chance meeting of the three queens of the airwaves with a photograph of them.
Williams wasn’t feeling them or the photo.
According to Page Six, Miss Jones took out her phone and asked comic Donnell Rawling, who was onstage when they arrived, if Williams and Yee could step onstage for a picture.
“Come on, Donnell,” she said, according to a spy, “I want to take a picture with the ladies of radio.”
However, Williams kept her a** planted in her seat.
At that moment, a rowdy audience member yelled, “Wendy, get up and go on stage to take the picture. What’s her problem? Why wouldn’t she get up?”
“If petty was a person,” they remarked.
Yee and Jones still climbed onstage for the shot, where they came into an affectionate embrace with each other.
Before switching to television, Williams spent a great deal of time as a well-known on-air personality in New York City radio. In her position, she frequently became involved in minor on-air spats with celebrities, which ultimately helped her climb the ladder of success.

That was the first night that Caroline’s was back in action after being shut down due to COVID-19.
“This is the first night in 15 months that we are open,” owner Caroline Hirsch told Page Six. “It’s been a fabulous time … and the weekends are going to be even more marvelous.”
Rawlings performed through Sunday, and standup Luenell was scheduled to be there as well.
