Actress Vivica A. Fox recently told DJ Vlad that rapper 50 Cent was the love of her life, as Sister 2 Sister previously reported. Fox and the Power producer dated back in 2003.
Fox said that the two met after the rapper mentioned her in his acceptance speech at the Soul Train Music Awards (it was actually the 2003 BET Music Awards).
“Uh, we met after he said the thing at the Soul Train, at the Soul Train Music Awards ‘And I want to thank Vivica Fox for wearin’ that dress’. And then after that, his people got in touch with my people and the next thing I know, we were on the phone,” Fox said.
The actress said that 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, was a romantic who filled her entire house with Casablancas and gardenias, which are her favorite flowers, on her birthday.
“For my birthday, he filled my entire house with my favorite flowers, which are Casablancas and gardenias. Literally, a van pulled up with flowers, they kept bringing the stuff, and I was like more? So he’s very generous and very kind and a gentleman.”
Both Fox and Jackson blamed the end of their relationship on going public too soon. The couple broke up in 2004.
“The love that I had for him and still to this day…He was the love of my life. I will admit that without any reservations. He will always have a very special place in my heart.”

Cuban Link, Jackson’s girlfriend since 2019, commented in the Shade Room’s post of Fox declaring Fifty was the love of her life. “Awwww,” wrote Link with a violin emoji and smiley face. Fox responded after becoming aware of Link’s comment.
“Well! This is getting good cause I tried to post 3 times on @ShadeRoom. Now, @_Cuban_Link, what that clip didn’t show was that I said he now has a hawt girlfriend & I’m happy 4 him! So stay in ya bag boo don’t get nervous! I’m good 😉🤑👸🏾.”

Jackson himself didn’t seem to mind Fox’s comment about being the love of her life.
“I’m never bothered by when she says that,” he said. “You know what I’m sayin’? At the time that we actually interacted with each other, there was, uh, we weren’t conscious of everything else that was going on.”
He went on to say that the two should have kept their relationship private longer and confirmed that he was going to propose with a 12-carat ring but turned it into jewelry after a spat.
Fox stated that Jackson was the love of her life, and the declaration might surprise those who remember their public feud. Fox was on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in 2015 to promote her book, Every Day, I’m Hustling, and she made a comment about their sex life being PG-13. She also noted that she always initiated sex with Jackson.
When Cohen asked about Jackson saying that Empire‘s ratings were low due to too much “gay stuff,” Fox implied that Jackson might be homosexual.
“First of all, you know the pot called the kettle black is all I’m saying,” she said. “We had a great time. He just seems like he’s got something that’s not quite clear.”
Cohen asked Jackson about the comments when he appeared on WHHL in 2016. That’s when Jackson said that Fox licked his bootie-hole.
“I said to myself, personally, I said, ‘Oh no! ‘Cause I let her lick my ass, she thinks I’m gay!’”
The Hustling with Vivica A. Fox host responded on Instagram with a post that has since been removed.
“Tell you what @50 Cent since you keep on telling that lie!! I challenge you to let’s both go on @bravowwhl and we can put this to rest!!” she wrote. “That NEVER happened and you know it QUEEN!
