Recently, Pete Davidson hired security after Kanye West reportedly threatened him in a diss track, according to sources close to the SNL comedian. 

“Pete isn’t worried about Kanye, but he is concerned about the massive fanbase that Kanye has. His devoted followers listen to his songs and act upon them. That’s why Pete is now using security,” sources told Radar.

“Until recently, Pete never had security with him when he was out and about, even when he was engaged to

Ariana Grande. But dating Kim (Kardashian) is a totally different level of fame. Pete is now a superstar, which comes with a price. As much as he still wants to be low-key and hang with his friends, the reality of his situation has changed.”

Sis2Sis previously reported that a diss track with West threatening to cause bodily harm against Davidson leaked online. The lyrics, “God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass,” from his upcoming single “My Life Was Never Easy,” featuring the West Coast rapper, The Game. 

“Pete isn’t taking any chances. Whenever he is out with Kim, they use her security. But now Pete needs his own security when he is out alone,” said another source. “He is still Pete, but now Pete comes with a 6’1, 220 lbs security guard.”

The 44-year-old has made headlines involving his estranged wife Kim Kardashian and new girlfriend, actress Julia Fox. On Saturday, Jan. 15, Ye took to Instagram live, claiming that Kardashian did not give him the address to where his daughter, Chicago’s fourth birthday party would be. 

West displayed a vulnerable side with fans and followers in the video, asking for support as he wished his daughter a “Happy Birthday.”

“Wishing my daughter a public happy birthday,” he said as he filmed in his car. “I wasn’t allowed to know where her party was. There’s nothing legal. They’re saying these are the kind of games that are being played. This the kind of thing that has really affected my health for the longest. I’m just not playing. I’m taking control of my narrative this year.”

He posted a second video stating that he did acquire the party location and enjoyed the festivities with his baby girl, Sis2Sis reported.
