Joseline Cabaret cast member Amber Ali has dropped her $25 million lawsuit against Hernandez and her fiancé Ballistic Beats over an alleged attack while filming the reality series.

According to Rolling Out, Ali took to Instagram in a now-deleted post on May 17 and announced that she had withdrawn the legal complaint against all parties involved.

“Thank you to all my fans that have my back!!! After deep thought, I am no longer seeking legal action against @thezeusnetwork, Joseline or Ballistic for what took place at the reunion. I am putting this entire ordeal behind me. Thank you for all the support and understanding. I am in great health and great spirits. I am moving on with my life,” she wrote. 

In March, Ali filed a lawsuit against the 35-year-old and Beats, whose legal name is Ricardo LaMarre, citing that the two allegedly assaulted her during the second season’s reunion special. She addressed the altercation on Instagram Live while lying in a hospital bed, Sis2Sis reported. 

“Joseline kicked me, and Ballistic attacked me, but I only came to the hospital because my ribs are very bruised because Joseline had some big a– boots on and she kicked me,” Ali explained. 

She added, “Balistic just ripped my hair off my head. He ripped my real hair out, and we gon handle this in court.”

Hernandez took to Twitter and responded to the former cast member’s allegations, “Keep crying from your hospital bed with your broken ribs one kik you flew into next day. Rotten mouth ass h*e.”

In April, several cast members filed a lawsuit against Hernandez, Beats, and the Zeus network and claimed the show’s creator attacked them at the season two reunion wearing hard-bottom boots while they were wearing heels. 

Hernandez posted several tweets, recalling her altercation with multiple cast members during the special. 

“I Mortal Kombat one hoe. [I] pimp slapped another one. [I] pushed one [in] last night’s episode and kicked down a few on the ground. I slapped fire out of everyone on that stage—me [and] my crew. Wait for it,” she wrote.

Hernandez has not publicly commented on the news regarding the dropped lawsuit.
