R&B crooner and actor Tyrese Gibson recently went on a social media rant and announced that he officially split from his now-ex-girlfriend, Instagram model Zelie Timothy.

In true Tyrese fashion, he took to Instagram to announce the split and expressed his true feelings about Zelie via a cryptic post.

“Stop trying to convince me that your daughter is not a SNAKE,” he wrote in the post, alongside a video of a cobra snake wrapping itself around a Deer on the roadside. “I just want to be released from this strong devilish allure, the sexual seduction of a [master] manipulator who knows how to [convince everyone that she’s not mean of there to KILL YOU]. Please, God, RELEASE ME FROM [YOUR] STRONG HOLD. RELEASE ME. I BELONG TO THE KINGDOM……. I have SO MUCH MORE WORK TO DO.”

The “Sweet Lady” singer added that he was officially single but desired to “get married and settle down.” He also claimed that Zelie didn’t want that for herself as she wanted to go out and “live her best life” instead.

“I am single now, and I want everyone to DM [and] have fun with @selietimothy,” he wrote. “She’s verified now and wasn’t ready to be married. She still wanted to go BIG Zane and live her best life……… I want to get married and settle down and really really NEST and embrace the COMFORTS of this FAMILY AND MARRIED LIFE……… I smoke hookah at home every day so I don’t want to be in your clubs or around your women. I want to stay home and be the hard-working family man that I am.”

Tyrese and Zelie reportedly first went public with their relationship at an NBA All-Star Game in March of 2021 and had been together for over a year. Back in October of that year however, he claimed to have already broken up with her and exposed her nuded on the internet.

Tyrese was previously married to social worker Samantha Lee, whom he divorced after almost four years of marriage and had now-three-year-old daughter Soraya Gibson with.

The musician was last seen cruising through the streets of London and prior to that, he was busy having a blast with his daughter 15-year-old daughter Shayla in Dubai.
