The P-Valley actor that many women find attractive, Ty Lepley, has ended his engagement to long-term boo April King. The new tea is that he is currently dating his co-star, Miracle Watts.
Over the weekend, Love B. Scott reported that Lepley was actively contemplating moving on from his fiancee and agent to run to the arms of Watts.
He and his fiance have been together for years, and the two share a child, so this reported change of heart is sure to be hard for both of them. According to sources, he told her that he no longer wished to be with her and moved out of their home.
Lepley became famous for “Benjamin” on the Tyler Perry show The Haves and Have Nots.
Rumors of he and Watts canoodling began in June when filming on season two of P-Valley began.
Rumors surrounding Lepley’s romantic life are not new. They range from slightly on-brand to absolutely salacious.
At the end of 2020, Lepley addressed rumors that he and Tyler Perry were in a relationship. You read that correctly. On an Angela Yee podcast, he said that since his first role was on a Tyler Perry show, people made up the rumor due to speculation about Perry’s sexuality.
“I came out on a Tyler Perry show, and for whatever reason, he gets a rap like that,” Lepley said, “and I know Tyler [Perry] personally, and he’s not gay. I was seen around him, and all of a sudden, ‘he’s rubbing off on me,’ and people felt like I was gay or something like that.”
The actor has had a privacy notice regarding his love life, but one of the things that ignited this rumor was an Instagram story posted by Watts with what appeared his arm intertwined with hers. Internet sleuths compared tattoo markings to conclude that the two are mingling.
In short, we send our regrets to the couple that is no more and our congratulations to the couple that might be.
