After being accused of sexual assault by an unnamed Jane Doe, Trey Songz was hit with a $10 million lawsuit last January. The two were partying at a Miami nightclub in 2018 when the alleged assault took place. The unnamed female victim claimed that the singer put his hands under her dress without her consent and tried to sexually assault her. Now, Songz has reached a settlement with Doe and her legal team in the multi-million dollar lawsuit, Radar Online exclusively reports.
Songz invited Doe to Diddy’s home on January 1, 2018, where the two celebrated New Year’s Eve. According to The Blast, the two went to a nightclub to continue the night. That’s when Songz allegedly “forcefully” put his hands inside Doe’s dress and attempted to insert his fingers into her vagina without “her consent or permission.”

After sharing her story with legal counsel, Doe opened a lawsuit against Songz in 2020 for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The alleged victim remains unnamed as she doesn’t want herself and her family to be subject to harassment and bullying online.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the only instance that Songz has been accused of being predatory or sexually aggressive. In 2017, Keke Palmer accused the “Bottoms Up” singer of using “sexual intimidation” and manipulation in order to receive a cameo from the actor for his music video. Palmer claims she had to hide in a closet to avoid Songz.
Last year, Celina Powell sat down for a No Jumper interview where she claimed that Songz forced her to do certain things, threw her phone off of a balcony, and refused to let her and another woman leave.
