Trey Songz Accused Of Rape By Another Woman, Lawsuit Filed To The Tune Of $20 Million

Trey Songz is facing another multimillion-dollar lawsuit after being accused of sexual assault by another unnamed woman.

Earlier this week, TMZ reported that the unidentified woman filed a $20 million against Songz. The claimant alleged that she and the singer had been in a consensual sexual relationship, but the situation shifted after he reportedly became a “savage rapist” in March 2016.

According to the news outlet, Songz invited the alleged victim to one of his notorious house parties. During her time in the house, the unidentified woman stated that the “Heart Attack” singer forcefully removed her pants after they went upstairs. The details she disclosed revealed that Songz allegedly raped her anally. The victim also claimed that someone walked in during the assault and ignored her screams, leaving the room. After the alleged attack, the woman could only escape after Songz reportedly finished.

The woman claimed she scrambled away with her clothes sans her panties to call an Uber outside his house. The woman’s condition caused so much concern for the Uber driver that he took her to the hospital instead of driving her home. The victim didn’t name Songs as the culprit out of fear, but her exam determined that she suffered from “

severe anal tearing that could require surgery.”

On Feb.15, a representative for the artist told TMZ that the allegations were not true.

“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” the rep said in a revised statement. “Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”

Songz already has two other pending lawsuits for sexual assault allegations. Jahuara Jeffries accused the artist of sexually assaulting her in a Miami nightclub in 2018. She is suing Songz for $20 million as well. Former college basketball star Dylan Gonzalez also came forward to say that Songz raped her in December. The “Bottoms Up” singer responded that he planned to file a lawsuit against the former athlete in January.
