Tory Lanez went on a Twitter rant this week and it all followed him getting arrested for violating Megan Thee Stallion’s protective order against him.
In one tweet he posted on April 10, Lanez wrote, “I’ll say whatever the f**k I like to ….. And feel no way about it … we get so scared of how people take our opinions on these apps that we forget our own freedom to the thoughts we think. Have your freedom of speech unapologetically.”
I’ll say whatever the fuck I like to …. And feel no way about it … we get so scared of how people take our opinions on these apps that we forget our own freedom to the thoughts we think . Have your freedom of speech unapologetically.

In another tweet posted the same day, he wrote, “Be true to yourself ….. cuz anything otherwise isn’t real or comfortable.”

Now, it’s unclear whether or not Lanez was directing his tweets to someone specifically or if he was claiming that him getting arrested won’t make him apologetic for his thoughts and words.
Earlier this month, Lanez was arrested for violating Meg’s restraining order. The violation happened when he posted numerous tweets that were allegedly directed at Megan, in which the order prohibits the rapper from speaking to her, directly or indirectly. Lanez was released on a $350,000 bond.
The “Body” rapper got the restraining order after claiming Lanez shot her in the foot back in the summer of 2020. Lanez claims that Megan is lying and said that it was her former friend Kelsey Nicole who shot her after the two got into a fight over him.
In a recent tweet, Lanez told fans that he wasn’t talking about his court case in his song “Mucky James,” saying blogs assume he was and that he wouldn’t “play with the court order or the judge like that.”
I am not talking about my court case on the song #MuckyJames …. I see all these blogs trying to connect the two … and honestly I have more sense than that . I would not play with the court order or the judge like that … please stop that narrative .
