Comedian Tony Rock had a warning and a message for audience members and Will Smith after the Oscars’ slapping debacle.
Tony, who was performing in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the PNC Arena on April 1, before getting into his standup routine, shared an advisory warning with fans while lambasting Will for putting his hands on his older sibling.
“If you think you gonna walk up on this stage, this ain’t the motherf***ing Oscars. And if you walk your a** up here, you ain’t nominated for s*** but these motherf***ing hands,” he said. “Oh, we are going to pop the rest of the year. Every time you see me do a show, pop!”
Tony continued, “You gonna hit my motherf***ing brother because your b**ch gave you a side-eye?”
The Couples’ Night star also let it be known that Chris doesn’t walk alone and that his clan would see Will.
“Oh, it’s a lot of Rock brothers — it’s ten of us.”
Fans on social media empathized with the performer as far as Tony not playing about his brother.
There’s no doubt that Tony has been with the sh*ts since Will slapped his brother during the live broadcast of the 94th Academy Awards.
On March 29, a fan on Twitter asked the 47-year-old comedian if he accepted the I Am Legend star’s apology to Chris.
“Do you approve of the apology?”
“No,” he replied.
It looks like that’s that on that.
