Tisha Campbell has reverted to her maiden name after announcing that she was officially divorced from actor Duane Martin.

On Wednesday, the 53-year-old actress took to Instagram and shared the news with her followers.

“Nothing else to say.🕊🕊🕊🕊My dad just saw this post and said, ‘My baby girl is back. Best birthday gift EVER.’ Awww, dad! BTW Hey #instagram Can you to help me out and change my name pleaseeeee 🙏🏼” she said in the caption.

”Okay, I just got my divorce decree. I know that took forever,” she excitedly said in the 15-second clip. “And I just went to the social security office and I changed my name back to Tisha Campbell—on my dad’s birthday nonetheless!”

She added, “I’m Tisha Campbell. Hello…Nice to meet you!”

Celebrity friends, fans, and followers congratulated the actress after becoming officially single.

Actress Amanda Seales congratulated Campbell, saying, “YAAAAASSSSSS!!!!!!! WELCOME BACK, MAMA!!!!! YOU DESERVE!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“I NEVER referred to you as “Martin” no shade but I met and fell in love with the brilliance and talent of Tisha Campbell!! That’s never gonna change! ❤️,” one fan said.

Another fan said, “That’s the only name that ever stuck in my head. Been a fan since Rags to Riches😍.”

One fan explained how liberating it feels after a divorce since the process can take three months to a year to finalize.

Campbell and Martin wed in 1996 and were married for over 20 years before she filed for divorce in December 2020.

“I was married for over 20 years and out of that, I was blessed with two AMAZING kids. Beyond that, l’m the happiest I’ve ever been,” Campbell, said in a statement provided to People Magazine.
