Engagement rumors have risen after 50 Cent’s longtime lover Jamira “Cuban Link” Haines teased followers with an Instagram post.

On Sunday, Cuban shared a sweet video of her and 50 Cent walking down an aisle together because the rapper was preparing to perform. The video then cuts to a supportive Cuban dancing along to her beau while holding her drink and filming him. Summer Walker’s “Session 32” played in the background.

Fans couldn’t help but notice the rock on the 28-year-old’s left ring finger. The engagement indicator, if not the ring, was the caption, which included a heart and lock emoji. Many use the lock emoji to symbolize they’re taken, but since people already know 50 Cent and Cuban are together, it leaves room for engagement speculations.

Commenters offered their congratulations, and others gave their thoughts on the matter.

Despite the rumor many hoped was true, a rep confirmed to TMZ that the two weren’t engaged. The ring she wore in the video was something she had worn in previous posts. 

Before Cuban and 50 Cent started dating in 2019, the “In Da Club” rapper began dating Shaniqua Thompkins in the ’90s. The two had their son, Marquise Jackson.
