Celebrities such as Jodie Turner-Smith And Keke Palmer turned heads at the return of the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles on Oct. 2. The day was filled with celebrities drinking champagne and watching people play polo at the Will Rogers Historic State Park in the Pacific Palisades.
Jodie Turner-Smith looked fierce in a floor-length strapless floral yellow, and red dress with a matching duster robe and wide-rimmed hat pulled over on eye. Palmer, who will be appearing in the final season of Insecure, was wearing a sheer leopard print dress with Black opened-towed high heels.
Gabrielle Union was also at the champagne jamboree and wore a green slitted dress by Elie Saab with open-toed high heels and a Valentino handbag.
Actress Logan Browning from Dear White People looked smashing in a shiny floral pencil skirt with a corset-style cream top. Good Girls actress Retta also attended the event and wore a knee-length floral dress with a matching handbag and fabulous open-toed sandals.

Tickets for the event cost $110 for a spot on the Picnic Lawn and almost $20,000 for a spot in the La Grande Dame Cabanas. The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic has long been a place for celebrities to frolic on a sunny afternoon while watching polo. Guests were also treated to a performance by Renée Elise Goldsberry from Hamilton.
Anyone attending the event had to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the match. Because it was an outdoor space, guests were able to go mask-free and freely mingle.
Celebrities feasted on Veuve Clicquot Non-Vintage Rosé and a gourmet spread by Wolfgang Puck Catering and Chef Rōze Traore.
