YouTuber Tasha K has lost her appeal against Cardi B’s defamation lawsuit and is forced to pay the celebrity $4 million.
Cardi B, 29, initially filed the lawsuit in 2019 after the Youtuber released videos she called a “malicious campaign” to hurt her reputation.
In the videos, Tasha K alleged said that Cardi B performed sexual acts “with beer bottles on f**king stripper stages.” She also claimed the rapper got herpes and was a prostitute.
During the January trial, Judge William Ray found Tasha K liable for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. As a result, she owed Cardi B $2.3 million in damages and $1.3 million in legal fees.
However, the 40-year-old YouTuber decided she did not want to pay Cardi B and instead sought an appeal.
On May 27, Tasha K’s attorneys said in the appeal filing, “The jury heard a very lopsided presentation of evidence and, because they did not get to learn who the plaintiff truly is, the jury returned a general verdict for the plaintiff, against both defendants.”
Tasha K’s attorneys filed the appeal with U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in June but the appeal has been dismissed without jurisdiction.

Now, Cardi B can use her lawyers and the sheriff’s office to make sure Tasha K pays her by any means necessary.
This includes using her personal property. The Youtuber has allegedly placed her Georgia home on rent to make a few extra bucks. Well you know what they say, talk ain’t cheap.
