The beloved musician shockingly passed away, at the age of 50, in April 2021, Sis2Sis reported at the time. He had reportedly been on life support since he suffered a heart attack induced by a drug overdose the Friday before his death.
Sis2Sis confirmed that “some of his children flew in to visit the ill entertainer. On Tuesday evening, it was confirmed that may have been their final farewell, according to doctors’ bleak prognosis. The rapper’s loved ones had to make the decision to remove the 50-year-old man from life support after physicians performed exams to test his brain function. The beloved rapper remained in a vegetative state until his passing.”
DMX was survived by a whopping 15 children with various mothers, including his ex-wife Tashera Simmons.
