Russell Wilson and Ciara have been a power couple in the celebrity for years now, with many fans captivated by their adorable blended family. The latest “aww” moment from Wilson and Ciara was revealed on the singer’s latest video episode of “Level Up Radio,” when the professional football player revealed some sage advice he received from Stevie Wonder.
In the video clip, Ciara glows as she introduced her hubby to the show. “Russel is here. Life has taken me on an incredible journey and I’ve had my ups and downs,” the “Goodies” singer gushed before getting real about their relationship.
“And even though life with my love is amazing and beautiful, it can also be challenging sometimes. We both have our day job. We have our growing family. We have our businesses and business that we do together…Let me just say we are definitely busy!”

Ciara went on to say that Wilson still makes her nervous, giggling “He’s the only one who can do this to me.” Though they’ve been dating for five years and married for four, the chemistry between the two is undeniable.
Both brought five songs to “Level Up Radio” that reminded them of one another. “I think about our wedding,” Ciara said after naming “September” as her first song. “And I think about when we were riding in the car in Seattle. We were talking about Earth, Wind & Fire potentially performing at our wedding — which they ended up doing.”
Wilson chose “Always and Forever,” the classic black lovesong by Heatwave, saying “When we first kinda started talking…you always talked about that song. And then also, I used to always sing it.”

When Ciara mentioned “Ribbon In The Sky” reminding her of her beau, Wilson brought out a story that no one was prepared for. “We’re at the White House and Stevie — I’ll never forget this. This is Stevie Wonder we’re talking about,” he began.
“He grabs my arm and goes, ‘Hey Rus, Love her the way that God would love her.’ I’ll never forget that. That was one of the coolest moments of my lifetime.”
Wilson, who met Ciara in the midst of her 2015 custody battle with Future, seems to be putting that advice to good use. The Seattle Seahawks quarterback went viral earlier this year for saying that his biggest fear would be losing his wife, Ciara. He also spoke about how they won’t go more than five days without seeing each other, despite their busy schedules.
