The recently released autopsy report of Stephen “tWitch” Boss has revealed new details about the circumstances surrounding his death. The report showed that Boss, a well-respected choreographer, dancer, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ, did not have any traces of alcohol or drugs in his system when he tragically committed suicide in a hotel room on December 13.
The autopsy report, obtained by ETOnline, confirmed the suspicions that Boss took his own life, and his cause of death was officially ruled as suicide. A self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head specifically caused his passing.
As previously reported by Sis2Sis, Boss was found dead at 40 years old inside a Los Angeles hotel room. His body was found after Boss’ wife, Allison Holker Boss, grew worried about him after he left his house without his car. After calling the police, first responders found his body in the hotel room, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Following his suicide, his wife, Allison, shared a heartfelt statement about his passing. She said, “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
“To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children. Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you,” Allison finished.
The dancer is survived by his wife and their three children, Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia – aged 14, 7, and 3, respectively.
