Multi-platinum-selling rap legend Snoop Dogg’s sexual assault accuser recently refiled her $10 million lawsuit against him three months after it was dismissed.

According to reports, the accuser, who goes by the alias Jane Doe, refiled her lawsuit– alleging sexual assault, sex trafficking and more offenses, in a California district court on July 20. She had done so just three months after her lawyer, Matt E.O. Finkelberg, requested that the case be dismissed without prejudice in April.

The lawsuit initially listed Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, his associate Bishop Don “Magic” Juan, whose real name is Donald Campbell, and other individuals as the defendants. In it, the Orange County woman alleged that Snoop forced her to give him oral sex in a recording studio bathroom in 2013 and that she “feared for her life and job security” if she didn’t obey.

In addition to sexual assault and battery assault claims, the lawsuit indicated that Snoop allegedly used social media platforms to make subliminal threats against Jane. She claimed the musician even planned to “pursue a malicious prosecution action” against her for “tens of millions of dollars.

“We have obtained new information which we believe adds significant credibility and corroboration to the alleged scheme of Defendants and the alleged acts they took against my client and others,” Finkelberg told the Los Angeles Times on July 21. “We believe that this new information stated in the complaint…including an alleged attempted rape against an alleged victim by Defendant SNOOP DOGG, is important and demonstrates how serious our claims are.”

Snoop previously stated that the case was a “thinly veiled attempt to extort defendant for money” just days before his Super Bowl halftime show performance in February.

In a recent statement addressing the accusations, the Long Beach native’s representatives called Jane’s lawsuit “meritless” and said it was “riddled with and predicated upon falsehoods and inaccuracies.” He added that her latest attempt to sue Snoop was her “third try.”

Snoop and Bishop were the only two defendants named in the newly refiled suit.
