Shannon Sharpe Dragged For Blaming Dr. Dre’s Homeless Daughter, Latanya Young, For Her Situation

According to Hot New Hip Hop, sports pundit Shannon Sharpe was dragged on Twitter after he blamed Dr. Dre’s daughter, LaTanya Young, for being homeless. Sharpe criticized the woman for being homeless and calling out her wealthy father.

As Sister 2 Sister previously reported, Young is

homeless and living in a rental car. She spoke to the Daily Mail and told the outlet that her father had helped her in the past, but she had not seen him in 18 years. Young said that she can’t contact Dre directly and hasn’t received help from him in more than a year. Young is working as a DoorDash driver to earn a living.

Apparently, Sharpe doesn’t think that a billionaire should help his homeless daughter with four children because he posted that Young created her situation on Twitter. He also said she was too old for help.

“A 38yr old grown woman trying to shame her father into taking care of responsibilities she created,” wrote Sharpe.

Sharpe was quickly gathered for his insensitivity, but he doubled down just the same and argued with several Twitter users.

Most people agreed that while Young is a grown woman, she and her children need help, and her wealthy father can afford to do so. Sharpe showed no empathy for Young and criticized her for being a billionaire’s daughter and not owning several business. The former Denver Bronco argued with Twitter users for several days over the matter.

We hope Young finds a place to live soon.
