Amy Robach and TJ Holmes, two former Good Morning America (GMA) anchors, are in talks to join a rival network after being ousted from ABC.
According to The Sun, the couple is making a move to the rival network NewsNation, a station known for hiring disgraced anchors.
A source said the anchors are speaking with the network’s president Michael Corn. Corn previously worked as a producer on GMA but left ABC in 2021 after sexual assault allegations were made against him. He is allegedly sympathetic to the couple’s situation.
NewsNation also hired Chris Cuomo, who officially began production of his primetime show in October after he was fired by CNN over sexual misconduct.

So, what does the rest of the GMA crew think? Good riddance.
“Amy knows where her friends are — and neither she nor T.J. have any left at GMA,” the source said. “Almost everybody in the newsroom is happy they won’t be back.”
The co-host couple is reportedly planning to get married after their respective divorces are settled.
According to the Daily Mail, over the weekend, Holmes was spotted getting buying an 18-karat gold promise ring from David Yurman paired with a gold chain from Tiffany & Co. Holmes seems to be letting everyone know their relationship is still going strong and plans to celebrate Robach’s upcoming birthday with some expensive gifts.
As previously reported by Sis2Sis, GMA 3 announced the removal of Holmes, 45, and Robach, 50, from ABC News on January 27 following the pair’s office affair while still with their respective partners.
The statement read, “After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes about different options, we all agreed it’s best for everyone that they move on from ABC News. We recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are thankful for their contributions.”
