On former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams’ new series Porsha’s Family Matters, the 40-year-old reality star learned her fiancé’s grandfather had an astounding 25 wives. 

Simon Guobadia, 57, shared the tea on Sunday’s premiere of the new BRAVO show. He disclosed that he had been married four times and has five children from those marriages. 

“I come from a family where there was abundant love, but there wasn’t enough to go around,” Simon revealed to Porsha while having dinner at a restaurant. 

Porsha, trying to get a better understanding of her beau’s familial history, asked, “Because there were so many kids, so many wives” — before asking, “How many wives?”

Simon answered, “Grandaddy? 25.” 

The Nigerian man also revealed that his father had two wives. 

“Where I come from, there’s nothing abnormal about having different women. As a matter of fact, there’s women from my part of the country that tell their husbands, ‘You can have one side b***h.’ And from time to time, the wife and the side b***h get together and make sure there’s not another side b***h.”

That’s interesting.

Porsha was entirely with the sh**s, admitting that she wasn’t the one for side chicks in marriage. She flat out said she didn’t “approve” of poly life. She continued to question the mogul, asking if he had cheated. 

“Of course, everybody has cheated,” he responded. “Multiple times.”

Black Twitter weighed in on the conversation between the couple in disbelief. 

Porsha and Simon got engaged in May to the dismay of fans on social media. The details behind their engagement were messy, and the pair

have spent much of their time defending their relationship.

Simon’s ex-wife, Falynn Pina, has moved on from the shenanigans. On November 26, Pina gave birth to her daughter Emma. She announced the news on Instagram.

Hopefully, Porscha has a clear understanding of everything she is walking into when she marries Simon.
