Samuel L Jackson Calls Bulls**t After Jonah Hill Named Actor Who Curses The Most On Film

Samuel L. Jackson disagrees with a recent ranking that placed him third behind Jonah Hill as the actor with the most profanity on film. Jackson called bulls**t on the ranking while appearing on The Tonight Show, Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 9.

Fallon showed Jackson a list of the actors with the most profanity used on film, and Hill was in the number one spot. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio was

in the number two spot, and Jackson was third on the hilarious list. Comedian Adam Sandler was fourth and legendary actor Al Pacino ranked in the number five spot.

“That’s some bulls**t,” replied Jackson. “No way, man. Jonah Hill. Really? And then Leo. Jonah Hill, then Leo. I don’t believe that. Somebody has miscounted” he joked, as Fallon agreed Jackson probably was number one with one specific curse word.

The 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street put Hill and DiCaprio in the number one and two spots. The film reportedly contains 687 curse words. NowThis caught a clip of the exchanges and shared it on Twitter with a caption noting

Jackson’s shock by the revelation.

“‘That’s some bullsh*t’ — Samuel L. Jackson has officially been dethroned as Hollywood’s leading cusser, and his reaction is hilarious.”

Jackson appeared on the show to talk about his role in The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey, a limited television series airing on Apple TV+. Jackson plays a man with dementia who regains his memories and solves a crime.

The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey is based on the novel by Walter Mosley about a 91-year-old man who tries to solve the mystery of his nephew’s death before his time runs out.
