Safaree And Erica Mena’s Divorce Finalized, Safaree Issued Child Support Payments

Love & Hip Hop stars Safaree and Erica Mena’s divorce has been finalized, and Safaree has been issued child support payments.

According to TMZ, court documents have indicated that a judge signed off on Safaree and Erica’s divorce on September 12 as the two agreed to arbitration–a procedure in which a dispute is submitted by agreement of the parties. Safaree will also have to shell out $4,305 a month in child support payments to Erica, who will now go by her maiden name.

Erica initially filed for divorce from Safaree in May 2021, after less than two years of marriage, claiming he cheated on her while she was pregnant with their second child, Legend Brian Samuels, 1. She allegedly trashed his expensive belongings at the time, and the former couple has since been living separately. They currently share joint custody of both Legend and their daughter, Safire Majesty Samuels, 2, and have already unloaded their $1.3 million Georgia mansion in June.

Sis2Sis reported

that the 34-year-old exposed Safaree’s alleged text messages and called out his alleged then-new girlfriend, Instagram model Kimbella Matos.

“Talking crazy about your baby mother to your prostitute, but you don’t even know your kid sizes is a weird flex,” Erica tweeted at the time.

Kimbella clapped back at the reality star, saying she “slept with the whole industry for free.”

“For someone who’s consistently calling other women prostitutes, meanwhile, you have slept with the whole industry for free and dogged out and was recently selling your own p***y to a whole soccer player in New York City, and you wanna discuss prostitution?” Kimbella responded.

Erica then revealed Safaree’s alleged texts, in which he said he missed her.

“I miss you,” the messages read. “I feel very sad and empty right now. I’m driving and crying right now. I’m sorry. I shouldn’t be saying any of this to you. Your mind is made up,” she wrote in her Instagram stories.
