Romeo Miller, television star and rapper, has revealed that he’s engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Drew Sangster. He shared the news in a recent Growing Up Hip Hop episode this week. The 33-year-old told the show’s co-host, Angela Simmons, during the show during a private moment.
Simmons opened the line of questioning by asking about his daughter with Sangster and continuing to question their family dynamics.
Miller replied, “I keep my private life away from everything, but I’m an engaged man, Ang. When you have a kid, you have to do what’s right. I’m about to be somebody’s husband. You’re the first person to know that outside of the family.
Simmons responded with a congratulations, suggesting that the news was just as surprising for her as it was for viewers at the moment. She continued to ask about the ring he was wearing at the time, mentioning that it wasn’t what you usually wore when engaged. Miller explained that it’s a preference to wear what he did, but it didn’t change his relationship with Sangster.

Romeo Miller and his fiance Drew Sangster announced the birth of their daughter last year in February. The baby reveal was done in a touching Instagram post, as previously reported by Sis2Sis.
In the post’s caption, he wrote, “It’s been hard to hold this in, but it was important for us to make sure our baby girl got here safe and healthy before making any announcements to the world during this sacred journey. Psalms 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward.”
Miller expressed his excitement about having a daughter in the post, which was accompanied by a video of him, Sangster, and their family. “My great granny always said if you live long enough, you’ll realize that everything (and the best things) are on God’s time, never yours. The best Valentines ever. Been waiting for this moment my entire life. Thank you, @drewsangster. I’m a #GirlDad babbbbbyyy.”
