Romeo Miller, Michelle Williams Stars In T.D Jakes Lifetime Movie ‘Wrath’

Lifetime approved two films from T.D. Jakes’ Seven Deadly Sins anthology series with Wrath and Greed. Romeo Miller and Michelle Williams will star in Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story starting April 16.

The television film, executive produced by Jakes, is based on a series of books by Victoria Christopher Murray and stars Tina Knowles-Lawson and Antonio Cupo, Deadline reported

Wrath follows Williams’ character (Chastity Jeffries), a single lawyer meeting Cupo’s character (Xavier Collins), who appears to be everything she wants in a man — handsome, intelligent, and a lawyer as well. However, as the budding romance grows, Jeffries realizes that Collins’ affection turns to obsession. Jeffries was swept away by her new boyfriend’s passion and renounced her principles. As Collins’ jealousy leads to suspicion and dangerous threats, Jeffries turns to her mother, Sarah (Knowles-Lawson), and childhood boyfriend, Roger Thompkins (Miller), for advice.

Greed: A Seven Deadly Sins Story, starring Monique Coleman, LisaRaye McCoy, Eric Benét, and Nathan Witte. With Coleman as the leading lady, her character Zuri Maxwell is an accomplished interior designer with a successful career, loving friends and family, and a relationship with artist Stephon Gardner played by Witte.

However, Coleman’s constant need for more turns into greed when she meets a handsome entrepreneur Godfrey Anderson (Benét), and his wealthy aunt Viv (McCoy). While the two lives a lavish lifestyle, Coleman tricks herself into thinking they have everything she could ever want in her life. When Anderson takes an interest in her, Coleman dismisses her morals and values to achieve the same wealth and success as Anderson and Viv.

The films are produced by Wrath Productions Inc, Greed Productions Inc, and T.D. Jakes Enterprises and RobinHood Productions. Jakes, Derrick Williams, and Shaun Robinson serve as executive producers.

Wrath and Greed are directed by Troy Scott from scripts written by Richard Blaney and Gregory Small (Wrath) and Wuese Houston-Jibo (Greed).
