Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City Star Jennie Nguyen Roasted For Anti-BLM Posts

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jennie Nguyen was roasted after her resurfaced anti-BLM and pro-Trump Facebook posts came to light. Nguyen had a lot to say about BLM protesters, and now fans want her racist tail off the show.

Nguyen, who is Vietnamese-American, made racist statements during the protests following the murder of George Floyd. The RHOSLC star made several comments about Black Lives Matter protesters being “violent” and “thugs.”

“I’m sick of people saying cops need more training. You had 18 years to teach your kids it’s wrong to loot, steal, set buildings a blaze, block traffic, laser people’s eyes, overturn cars, destroy buildings and attack citizens. Who failed who?”

She also talked about Black on Black crime as being the real problem, not the police, and called those who thought otherwise idiots.

“Hundreds of blacks shot and many killed (including children) by other blacks every week. Over a thousand Officers violently injured, some permanently, by rioters. Anarchists rioting in major cities every night, which has caused billions of dollars of destruction to private and public property. And you still think Police Officers are the problem. You are an idiot.”

Another post joked about hitting BLM protesters with a vehicle. Nguyen also posted white lives matter content and shared memes calling BLM protesters thugs. She also shared videos of Asian store owners beating up protesters. The wayward RHOSLC star also reposted images spreading false information about George Floyd dying of an overdose.

Fans were not havin’ it and have demanded she be fired from RHOSLC. Many fans peeped Nguyen’s racist tendencies a mile away before the Facebook posts were revealed.

Nguyen apologized for her comments in a lengthy Instagram post on Jan. 19. She claimed that she did not know how offensive her comments were at the time but has since learned her lesson.

“I want to acknowledge and apologize for my deleted Facebook posts from 2020 that resurfaced today,” said Nguyen. “At the time, I thought I was speaking out against violence, but I have since learned how offensive and hurtful my words were. It’s why I deactivated that account more than a year ago and why I continue to try to learn about perspectives different from my own. I regret those posts and am sincerely sorry for the pain they caused.”

Despite her disgusting and racist comments, Bravo did not fire Nguyen. Instead, season 3 will cover the fallout, or lack thereof, of Nguyen’s racist rant. Incidentally, the only Black person on the show has quit.
