On October 6, Ray J filed for divorce from his wife, Princess Love, for the third time while he was hospitalized with a bad case of pneumonia.
The divorce filed by Ray in L.A. County Superior Court will make it the couple’s third time having filed for divorce, according to TMZ.
The first person who stopped feeling the love was Princess when she filed for divorce in May 2020.
The pair later tried to spend some time together when they were in quarantine and made an effort to fix the kinks of their relationship, but apparently, it wasn’t enough after Ray decided to file in September.

Following that, the couple gave it another run after they tried to reconcile and moved to Florida with their two kids.
In an interview at the time, Ray said the kids “love it here,” regarding his relocation from Los Angeles to Miami, Florida.
Ray relocated his kids and wife to Miami and stated, “we’re in a good place right now.” He also spoke of his marriage and said, “We’re in Miami; we’re going to move down to Miami. And I don’t think we’re coming back to L.A. any time soon.”
Ray was reportedly hospitalized early this week with pneumonia, and doctors think he’s also battling COVID-19 and even decided to keep him in observation at the COVID-19 ward.
The “Wait A Minute” singer was reportedly struggling amid his pneumonia diagnosis and still chose to move forward with the divorce, which indicates that the relationship has taken a turn for the worse.
The couple’s first bump in the very lengthy and complicated road occurred in 2019 after Princess reportedly accused Ray of abandoning their child Melody in Las Vegas. At the time, Princess was pregnant with their son, Epik.
