Detroit-bred rapper Xzibit (ne Alvin Nathanial Joiner) listed his Porter Ranch, California mansion for about $4 million.

According to the Architectural Digest, the listing showed Xzibit’s house is 5,710 square feet and contains five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, a pool, a poolside bar, a built-in firepit and more.

The rapper listing his house comes amid his messy legal battle with his ex-wife, Krista Joiner.

As Sis2Sis reported, Joiner filed for divorce in 2021 and claimed the two verbally agreed to provide her financial assistance as long as she remained home to take care of their son. She said the pair decided to share property and business equally.

“In the event the parties’ relationship ended, all of the property acquired, or entities or businesses established, or which property or entities/businesses increased in value during their relationship as a result of (Xzibit’s) skills, efforts, labor, and earnings, regardless of how the title was formally held, would be divided equally between them,” the lawsuit read.

However, the Pimp My Ride host maintained that he was struggling financially and asked the judge to evaluate his ex to see if she was mentally and physically able to get a job, so she wouldn’t need to depend on him financially.

Joiner called her ex-husband out on lying about his financial situation, stating that his “estranged sibling” notified her that he was hiding money. The unnamed sibling told Joiner that “he stored $20 million for Xzibit in various vaults and brings X cash on demand.” Joiner revealed

that her ex-husband made about $1 million a month due to his cannabis business.

Joiner and the “Get Your Walk On” rapper were married for six years (December 2014) before the divorce. The two began dating in 2001 and were together for nearly two decades. They would go on to have two children, Gatlin and Xavier.
