It looks like the woman who accused Jonathan Majors of assaulting her has been charged in connection to the incident! Brace yourselves for the rollercoaster ride that is the Jonathan Majors domestic violence case.
In an unexpected turn of events, the accuser, Grace Jabbari, is now facing assault charges herself, nearly seven months after the actor’s arrest.
According to exclusive information obtained from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information (DCPI) for the New York Police Department, Grace Jabbari is on the verge of trading her accuser’s seat for a defendant’s chair. The DCPI has confirmed that Jabbari will soon be facing a domestic violence charge.
Jabbari is expected to voluntarily report to the NYPD’s 10th precinct in the near future. Yes, you heard that right, voluntarily. It seems the pendulum of justice has swung, and now Jabbari will have to answer to her own set of charges. This unexpected twist comes after Jonathan Majors, the acclaimed star filed a counter-complaint against her back in June.
For those of you who’ve missed the drama, let’s rewind a bit. It all started when Jabbari accused Majors of domestic violence following his arrest on March 25. She alleged that he had hit her in the face, causing substantial pain and a laceration behind her ear. But that’s not all; she claimed that Majors had also injured her finger and put his hand on her neck, causing bruising.
However, Majors was quick to defend himself through his attorney, Priya Chaudhry. Chaudhry argued that it was actually Majors who was the victim, claiming that Jabbari scratched and hit him during a dispute.
According to Chaudhry, “From the beginning, we have said Jonathan Majors is innocent and probably the victim here.” She emphasized that Majors had met with the NYPD to present evidence of what really happened that night.

The plot thickened when Majors filed a domestic violence complaint against Jabbari in June, reiterating the claims of his attorney. The actor asserted that he was the one assaulted that fateful night in March, leading to his arrest on charges of assault, attempted assault, harassment, and aggravated harassment. The strangulation charge against him was later dropped.
The legal saga has kept us all on the edge of our seats, and now, with Jabbari facing charges herself, it’s anyone’s guess how this courtroom drama will unfold. Majors is scheduled to appear in front of a judge on October 25, just a day before this latest twist in the case was revealed.
