According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Pimp My Ride’s Xzibit will have to pay almost $6,000 a month for child and spousal support after his initial claims that he was broke. The hearing occurred on Monday, August 1, just after his brother exposed him for allegedly stashing cash.
Court proceedings revealed that Xzibit was ordered to pay his estranged wife, Krista Joiner, $2,239 a month in child support until their now ten-year-old son turns 18 in eight more years. His payment responsibilities extend past child support; the court also ordered him to pay nearly 4 stacks more to Krista for spousal support and an additional settlement for arrears. The rapper has to pay $50,000 to hire a forensic accountant to examine his questionable finances and a total of $125k to pay off Krista’s legal fees.
Despite the rapper pleading with the judge to contest the spousal support, the presiding magistrate ruled in favor of Krista. Xzibit claimed that he was struggling to make enough to survive and hadn’t worked in the industry since 2019.
As previously reported, Xzibit’s brother claimed that the former Pimp My Ride host brings in over $1 million a month in his cannabis ventures and stores and reportedly keeps the cash in “bank-sized vaults.”
Krista explained that “his estranged sibling” revealed that “he stored $20 million for Xzibit in various vaults and brought X cash on demand.”
While these claims are unsubstantiated, Xzibit has been allegedly ignoring his estranged wife’s requests for help with their son and daily living costs for gas money, food and haircuts. She had to go through attorneys to beg the rapper to pay for their kid’s inhalers.
Xzibit’s net worth is listed as $2 million.
