Many people are clowning Kanye West’s Donda Academy after photos of the school surfaced on social media. One specific image that raised eyebrows was one of the students eating inside what appeared to be a warehouse.
“All these parents sent their kids to this alleged school for free Yeezy merch,” a Twitter user posted a photo of children eating a plate full of lettuce inside West’s alleged school cafeteria.
Of course, the Twitter choir gave their thoughts.
Donda Academy’s “How we learn” page provided the school’s daily schedule: full school worship, core classes of language arts, math and science, lunch and recess, and enrichment courses including world language, visual art, film, choir, and parkour. The parkour is what stood out to many Twitter users.
People were surprised, in general, that parents actually sent their kids to West’s school and claimed the school gave “cult” vibes due to the matching uniforms and the warehouse appearance.
Donda Academy is located in Simi Valley, California, and is open to those between pre-k and 12th grade. The website claimed
