Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks will not be returning to the reality series after seven years on the show.
On Monday, the reality star announced the news during her appearance on The Wendy Williams Show while promoting season two of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip and Real Housewives of Dubai.
Host Michael Rapaport brought up the topic after asking the 48-year-old what she thought about fellow cast member Kandi Burruss.
Parks told Rapaport, “She’s a great businesswoman,” confirming that the two had seen each other since their ongoing drama unfolded.

The former friends have been feuding on the show since RHOA’s eighth season after Parks accused the Xscape songstress of not supporting her during her divorce from ex-husband Apollo Nida, Sis2Sis reported.
In the following season, their friendship took an ugly turn after Parks confessed that she was the one who told Porsha Williams about Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker’s alleged plan to drug Williams and have sex with her. The allegations caused the former friends to go their separate ways, prompting Bravo to fire Parks from the show.
However, Parks said she and the Atlanta native’s feud was years ago, and she has seemingly moved on to other things.
“That was six years ago. I’m yachting in Dubai. So, I’ll leave the girls in Atlanta on the Titanic,” Parks exclaimed.
She added, “My life remains the same with or without a television show and that’s not that for everyone,” she stated. “So, I am so grateful that whether I’m in front of a camera or not, I gets to the bag.”
Last month, fans were excited to see the 48-year-old in the official trailer for the new addition to the franchise in the United Arab Emirates. At the end of the 3-minute clip, Parks was dressed in elaborate attire saying, “Give me the tea, honey. I’m very thirsty.”
Real Housewives of Dubai premiered on June 1 on the Bravo network.
