When Phaedra Parks appeared in The Real Housewives of Dubai trailer last month, fans were excited to see the reality star in the latest addition to the franchise. And now, Parks revealed details about purchasing a new home in the United Arab Emirates.
On Monday, the 48-year-old attorney appeared on The Wendy Williams Show with guest host Michael Rapaport to promote season two of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, The Real Housewives of Dubai, and confirmed her plans to purchase a new property in the city. “I’m going to be purchasing a home there,” Parks told Rapaport.
She also announced that she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta after several years, making it clear that she’s establishing her part-time life in Dubai.
“I’m yachting in Dubai. So, I’ll leave the girls in Atlanta on the Titanic,” Park said, referring to former friend Kandi Burruss and the remaining cast members on the show.
In addition to her announcement, Parks talked about her business endeavors in Dubai and her connection with cast member Caroline Brooks.
“I know Caroline Brooks, but I have a company that I have over there. I sell sea moss. I sell powdered sea moss,” Phaedra told Rapaport. “I do business over there… so I’m over there quite a bit.”
The Atlanta native shared an Instagram post on May 17, the same day the show’s trailer was released. At the end of the three-minute clip, Parks was spotted dressed in lavish attire, saying, “Give me the tea, honey. I’m very thirsty,” Sis2Sis reported.
“There might be sand in the desert, but this peach thrives in any weather 🍑 😉 🏜#CatchmeinDubai #RHODxB,” she captioned the post.

Brooks commented on the post, stating that Parks has made Dubai her second home.
“Finally the world will see you in your second home, Dubai. And you bring the sun, the fun and THE SHADE HONEY!!! Everyone get your popcorn … Phaedra is in [Dubai],” she exclaimed.
Fans can catch Parks in the newest season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club, with three episodes available for streaming on Peacock on June 23, Bravo reported.
