Patti LaBelle, Kierra Sheard, and Tye Tribbett are set to be headliners for the Annual Super Bowl Soulful Celebration XXIV: An Evening of Inspiration and Culture.
With other artists like Israel Houghton, the NFL Players Choir, and Willie Moore Jr. as the host. The Super Bowl Soulful Celebration takes place at the Mesa Arts Center on Wednesday, February 8 is “an evening of joy and praise at the biggest game on earth.”
The founder of the event, Melanie Few, opened up about how proud she was to be a part of the recurrent event. Few said, “I’m so happy and grateful to have built a 24-year legacy of inspirational programming with the NFL and Super Bowl.”
“As we approach our milestone 25th anniversary, I’m excited to continue bringing faith, hope, and joyful inspiration to the biggest game on earth. It’s an honor and a privilege!”
LaBelle acknowledged her newly announced role on her official Twitter account, even admitting that she would be rooting for the Philidelphia Eagles as they take on the Kansas City Chiefs on the field. The 78-year-old R&B icon wrote in her post, “I’m excited to be coming back to Phoenix during @SuperBowl Week for the Super Bowl Soulful Celebration on Wednesday, February 8th at the Mesa Arts Center! The Super Bowl LVII is set to premiere on February 12 and feature the face-off between the Eagles and the Chiefs.
