CNN‘s Kaitlan Collins has made a childish move by threatening to relocate to Washington D.C., putting her miles away from New York City — CNN This Morning‘s studio location, Radar Online reported. 

All of this is because co-host Don Lemon, 57, called her out on her impudence.

Three months ago, Sis2Sis reported that anonymous sources alleged that Lemon blew up at Collins for interrupting him after a Dec. 8 broadcast. The sources stated that Lemon’s reaction shook staff members and Collins.

The 30-year-old then demanded minimal interaction with Lemon while on set. Now, she’s threatening to leave, and she cut ties with Jay Sures, her United Talent Agency agent because he also represents Lemon.

While her relocation isn’t official, the outlet reported that she has had “private conversations” about leaving since her work relationship with Lemon isn’t improving.

It’s unclear if she thinks her departure will cause all hell to break loose for CNN This Morning, but since the news of her and Lemon’s tension broke, the television veteran has been painted in a bad light. 

Anonymous sources have minimized Lemon’s reaction to Collins’ disrespect to him being upset over losing his primetime show, Don Lemon Tonight, instead of him simply feeling disrespected countless times.

Videos show Collins interrupting him numerous times. One particular time, she interrupted Lemon during a breaking news segment about WNBA star Brittney Griner’s release. While reading his script, Collins hindered him from finishing the script.

During a conversation about women’s and men’s sports’ unequal pay, co-hosts Poppy Harlow and Collins continued interrupting Lemon. Harlow then disrespectfully dismissed his argument by asking Kaitlan if she wanted to make her claim or move on. Collins chose to move on.

Lemon could’ve expressed his frustration better, but that doesn’t excuse Collins’ microaggressions. President Joe Biden criticizing Collins publicly went viral, yet Collins was very forgiving. But when called out on her disrespect in front of CNN staff, she clutched her pearls and ran off.
