NME Announces Beyoncé’s ‘Cuff It’ As It’s Song Of The Year For 2022

“Cuff It” is 2022’s song of the year.

According to NME, the song that inspired viral dance challenges on TikTok and Instagram and was said to have a “disco flare” received the coveted title on Monday.

“1. @Beyonce – ‘Cuff It’

With a bridge bigger than the Golden Gate, slinky strings, NSFW saucy lyrics, and the disco flare that a Nile Rodgers assist always brings, Beyoncé’s ‘Cuff It’ is total ecstasy and an unexpected gift to the pop canon of all time, let alone 2022,” NME’s official Twitter account posted.

Thoughts about Beyoncé’s hit single also trended on Twitter after the announcement.

In October, R&B songstress Toni Braxton slayed her rendition of “Cuff It–” as she combed her hair. The internet went up for her version of Beyoncé’s bop.
