Nicki Minaj Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Marley Green For Calling Her A “Cokehead”

Nicki Minaj has filed a defamation lawsuit against woman Marley Green, who said she was addicted to cocaine.

TMZ reported last week Green posted a video on her celebrity gossip platform where she goes under the pseudonym “Nosey Heaux.”

The video allegedly said, “[Minaj is] shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose.”

She continued to back up her claims without remorse or walking back on her statement.

Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. “F***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

The gossip maven continued to implore Minaj to put her son in therapy because he would “be a rapist, too.”

The rapper’s legal team said that Green was a nobody and the only thing they accomplished “in life has been a string of criminal charges, bail jumping and bad debts.”

They also said that the video that Green made garnered significant views on Twitter and the impact was large enough to go after her for defamation. Not only is she suing her for the claim, but she’s also seeking $75,000 for damages.

Attorney Judd Burstein said, “When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux’ because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment. Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”

Nicki Minaj posted a tweet about the lawsuit, letting everyone know that her lawyer would come after anyone who tried to follow Green’s example. “Thinking if I should dish them out daily, weekly, orrrrr maybe even monthly… this Judd-Li folder is huge.” She wrote.
