Nick Cannon, ‘The Provider,’ Says The Mothers Of His 12 Children Don’t Have A Monthly Allowance’

Actor and comedian Nick Cannon got candid about the financial situation with his kids and mothers.

In a Monday interview with Hot 104.1, Cannon was asked how much he gave the mothers of his 12 children on a monthly basis. The Wild N Out host said he didn’t give the mothers a “monthly allowance.”

“It’s an individual thing,” he began. “It ain’t even about a monthly allowance or amount of money because I don’t give myself that. You know what I mean, what they need, they get it. There’s never been something that one of the mothers of my children has asked for, and they didn’t receive.”

The Drumline actor also said in the interview that his money had nothing to do with the government, which isn’t the first time saying it. In November 2021, Cannon said he spent more than The Sun’s estimated $3 million in child support annually, adding he doesn’t “plan on participating in the governmental system.”

Cannon has 12 children with six different women. His firstborns are

twins Moroccan and Monroe, which he had with legendary singer Mariah Carey, who has filed for primary custody of the twins since Cannon admitted he was “spread thin.”

He and model Brittany Bell welcomed Golden ‘Sagon’ (February 2017), Powerful Queen (December 2020) and Rise Messiah Cannon (2022) into the world.

Abby De La Rosa gave birth to Cannon’s second set of twins, Zion and Zillion, in June 2021 and had Beautiful Zeppelin Cannon in November 2022.

Alyssa Scott and Cannon had their son Zen in June 2021, who died months later in December due to a brain tumor. A year after Zen’s death, Cannon and Scott welcomed Halo Marie Cannon (December 2022), Cannon’s latest addition.

In January 2022, he and Bre Tiesi gave birth to their first child Legendary. And in September 2022, LaNisha Cole and the actor gave birth to Onyx.

When asked if he would have more kids, Cannon said he didn’t know and genuinely didn’t plan on having as many kids as he does now.
