In response to Ne-Yo’s request for a paternity test for the children he may have fathered with Sade Bagnerise, the model seeks the “primary custody” of Brixton and Braiden and “immediate monthly child support.”
The latest twist in Ne-Yo’s dramatic baby mother narrative, on June 27, contradicts what Bagnerise first intended. Bagnerise stated that she would have agreed to “joint legal custody” of her and Ne-Yo’s children, Radar Online reported.
She reportedly pushed for the singer to have “every other weekend visitation” with the kids and to switch their “holiday parenting time.” In terms of the woman’s child support request, she has allegedly urged the court to grant her interim support.
The battle with his ex-girlfriend Bagnerise adds more frustrations to Ne-Yo’s life as he recently finalized his divorce with Crystal Renay in February, and he had to write a check for more than $2 million as a judgment for his infidelities.
As Sister 2 Sister previously reported, Ne-Yo cheated on Crystal with Instagram model Sade, which resulted in her giving birth to Braiden in 2021, and Brixton, who was born in February of this year.
During Crystal and Ne-Yo’s divorce proceedings, in which she accused the singer of having a love child, the court ordered Ne-Yo to pay $12,000 per month in child support for their three children, to cover the children’s school expenses, to award his ex-wife $1.6 million, to pay $150,000 for her new car, to give her one of his properties, and to give her $20,000 to help her relocate.
Crystal agreed to pay $3,000 each month in alimony for the next three years as part of their arrangement. They have also decided to share joint custody of their children.
If Ne-Yo is the father of the Bagnerise’s children, in total, with ex-wife Crystal, has a seven children, with five children confirmed children being Isabella Rose, 1, Roman Alexander-Raj, 4, and Shaffer Chimere Jr., 6, with biological mother Crystal, and Madilyn Grace Smith in November 2010 and a son, Mason Evan Smith, with ex-fiancée Monyetta Shaw.
