N.O.R.E. Wants to School Beanie Siegel In a Verzuz Battle For Dissing Jay-Z

Joke or battle?

During an interview with “The Breakfast Club” on June 29, N.O.R.E. shared that he’d like to get into a Verzuz battle with Beanie Siegel.

The Queens rapper said, “If you want to compare us on paper, it’s no match.”

“Let me just be clear, everything I’ve said about Beanie Sigel, I’m joking about Beanie Sigel. I’m trying to be funny,” he continued.

He added that the main reasoning behind him wanting to rap battle Siegel is because he wants to teach him a lesson about dissing Hip-Hop legend Jay-Z.

“At the end of the day, I want to teach him a lesson that loyalty is better than anything,” he explained. “A lot of people still don’t forgive Beans for dissing the god of hip-hop. Let’s just be clear.”

On Monday, he shared a photo on his Instagram account that showed Jay laughing in a FaceTime call. The post led to thousands of comments, including one from Sigel, who appears to be down to the battle.

“No No No to late Chico,” the Philly star wrote. “Let’s get it. I was fall back working on myself minding my business… The sign at the zoo say don’t poke the bear! You done woke up a grizzly!! Let’s do it.”

Sigel then took to his own page and reposted N.O.R.E’s photo, saying, “Is it me or do it look like Jay telling @therealnoreaga. ‘You know you done f****d up, right?’ You said you brought the beer …. You know you done f****d up right!!!!”

It’s still clear whether the discussion between N.O.R.E. and Sigel will turn into an actual Verzuz battle.
