Momma Dee revealed that she is no longer speaking to her son Scrappy following a dispute between the Love & Hip Hop: ATL star and his wife, Bambi Richardson. 

According to Bossip, Dee said her strained relationship with her son stemmed from an ongoing feud between her and Richardson. However, the 58-year-old took to social media and discussed the family feud after fans called her out for attending Scrappy’s ex, Shay Johnson’s baby shower. 

On Friday, the reality star celebrated the joyous occasion alongside Johnson, dressed in an all-white ensemble while taking photos together. 

Dee posted a photo to her Instagram account posing with Johnson and what appeared to be the father seated next to her. 

“Congratulations!! From One Mother To Another… I Love Who Love Me Stay Tuned For The Next Episode 

@iamshayjohnson,” she wrote in the caption.

In the caption, Dee insinuated that the footage would be included in the upcoming episode of the reality series. Additionally, fans also had an issue with the singer attending Johnson’s gender reveal in February. 

One fan said attending the baby shower was “SOOO disrespectful to Da Bam!!!” 

Momma Dee responded, claiming that Richardson allegedly didn’t give “a f**k” about her.

“I’m down for who down for me. Me, I’ve never heard bam even give a f**k about what I ate, send me flowers for my birthday, give me a greeting card,” she explained about Richardson as a daughter-in-law.

“I supposed to leave [Shay] alone because she’s insecure. She’s f**king insecure, and she’s dragging my son. My son and I are not even speaking because of her [insecurities]. I’m done,” she added.

After learning Dee’s comments, Richardson reportedly texted the 58-year-old privately to address the situation. 

“Please keep that same energy you got on Instagram the next time you see me in person. I’m sick of you trying my, and I’m always giving you a pass and making excuses for behavior. Keep my name out of your mentions and your mouth,” Richardson said in a text that Dee shared on her Instagram page.

Dee seemingly blamed Richardson in the caption, saying that she was jealous of her relationship with Johnson. 

“I never thought loving someone with good intentions would cause my life to be threatened behind a picture of me and @iamshayjohnson, but it’s all good in the palace …in @shereewhitfield voice who goin’ check me boo,” she said in the caption.

Despite the family’s issues, the sometimes overzealous mom has been an active grandparent in her grandchildren’s lives.
