There are rumors that Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen’s relationship might not have the approval of Marcus’ father, Michael Jordan, despite going public with their relationship in January. 

On July 2, Michael was leaving dinner at Matignon in Paris recently when he was questioned about his opinions on the relationship between his son, Marcus, 32, and Larsa, 48. 

Before getting into an SUV with his wife of ten years, Yvette Prieto, Michael, who won six championships with Larsa’s ex-husband Scottie on the Bulls, laughed loudly. 

When asked if he approves of his son’s relationship with the “Real Housewives of Miami” star, Jordan simply said “No!”

The resounding “No” contradicts what Larsa has been saying since her March 1 appearance on “The Tamron Hall Show” where she said the everything is “fine.”

“I don’t really want to talk about them,” Larsa said about Jordan parents. “I feel like it’s not about my parents or his parents. They’re all happy. Our whole family is fine.”

“I feel like it’s more about where I am, where [Marcus] is. I feel like we’re in a great place. We motivate each other. We’re really happy being together. And I feel like that’s the most important thing,” she added.

Larsa and Marcus’ relatoinship adds unwanted stress to the simmering enmity between the erstwhile Bulls duo.

Pippen has expressed his dissatisfaction with how he was depicted in the 2020 documentary “The Last Dance.” 

He believes he was not given adequate credit for his role in the team’s success and that Jordan was often patronizing and demanding towards him. 

While Jordan has not yet responded publicly, it is evident that their relationship is strained. It is uncertain whether their feud will ever be resolved, but there is also a possibility of reconciliation in the future.

Scottie has to pay Larsa half of his NBA retirement funds.
