Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, is reportedly dating the son of her ex’s nemesis– Michael Jordan.
According to US Weekly, Larsa, 48, was spotted getting cozy during dinner with Marcus Jordan, 31, on September 22 at Catch Steak in New York.
An insider told the publication that the pair are trying to keep the relationship under wraps because of Scottie and Michael’s notorious rift.
“Marcus and Larsa are dating and have been spending more time together in recent weeks. They are trying to keep it on the down low because of the rift between Scottie and Michael.”
On Friday, a person who witnessed Larsa and Marcus’s alleged date commented on the pair.
“They are definitely an item. As the night progressed, it was obvious to everyone in the restaurant that she was really into him. She was hugging and kissing him, and she was practically sitting on his lap by the end of the dinner. It became a bit of a spectacle to onlookers as it was quite distracting.”
Marcus is Jordan’s second oldest child. His mother is the retired baller’s first wife, Juanita Vanoy. Jasmine, 29, and Jeffrey, 33, are the former couple’s other children. The patriarch remarried in 2014 and has twins with his wife, Yvette Prieto.
Marcus owns the Trophy Room Boutique in Orlando, Florida.
Larsa and Pippen divorced in 2018, US Weekly reported. The 48-year-old reality star was open about looking for love. About dating another baller (or his son), she attributed it to the circle she ran in but didn’t want any parts of athletes romantically.
“It’s almost like a nurse and a doctor — if you’re a nurse and you’ve worked in a hospital, you’re more likely to like have friends that are doctors. So I feel like I’ve been in the basketball world for so long that I feel like I’m just surrounded by that world. It’s not like I go look for it. It’s just there, you know?”
