In light of her satisfying court victory against punk a** Tory Lanez, Megan Thee Stallion’s attorneys are looking to take legal action against bloggers who disparaged the Houston hottie during the two years it took for the public to hear the truth.

According to NBC News, the rapper, born Megan Pete, and her attorneys, Alex Spiro and Jordan Siev felt that bloggers should be held responsible for the misinformation they presented concerning Tory Lanez’s trial for shooting the “Savage” rapstress.

Spiro mentioned that he and Pete would be “exploring all legal options” against bloggers who published misleading information about his client.

Siev and Spiro have made it a point to flag problematic tweets and articles for their “abusive” nature, while Megan has stated that the information caused her to be “hurt and traumatized.”

One blogger, Milagro Gramz, appeared to be on the attorneys’ hit list.

“We locked [Gramz’s] account for breaking our abusive behavior rule,” a rep from Twitter stated regarding the attorney’s shutting down Gramz’s account over problematic tweets. 

The blogger confirmed that she was banned for 11 hours.

She also confirmed to NBC News that some things she said may have been for entertainment and “comedic” purposes.

“On my end, everything is not going to be something that was intended to be a factual statement. It might have a comedic effect.”

Hollywood Unlocked founder Jason Lee also caught heat for seemingly opining that Lanez may have acted in “self-defense.” He maintained that his personal opinion was unrelated to how he reported the story.

“Jason Lee gives his opinion, but Hollywood Unlocked is unbiased,” Lee said. “At first, I thought it was unfair for people to automatically say Tory was guilty without giving him an opportunity in court. I’ve always struggled with the way she’s been treated. While I don’t believe it’s fair to say Tory’s automatically guilty, I also don’t believe it’s fair to call a woman who says she was shot by a man a ‘liar.’”

While bloggers aren’t typically looked at as credible, there should still be some aspect of journalistic integrity regarding matters of truth. If not, they should pay the piper.
