Megan Thee Stallion posted a video to Instagram with the caption, “Should I drop a HOTTIE BOOTCAMP,” which has received mostly positive feedback from fans interested in how the Houston artist with the natural big butt got and keeps her figure.
In addition to being a Grammy Award-winning rapper, Megan Thee Stallion is an advocate for women’s empowerment, speaking out against violence against women and championing women’s body positivity.
The rapper performed a series of exercises on what could come if her “HOTTIE BOOTCAMP” ever materialized.
As Jay-Z and Pharrell Williams’ 2002 hit “Excuse Me Miss” plays in the background, Megan Thee Stallion is seen doing squats, triceps presses, lat pulls and jumps on the elliptical.
Fitness has been a key element in Megan Thee Stallion’s success as a rapper. In 2021, the Houston rapper partnered with Nike to promote the Nike Training Club app.
As part of the promotion, the rapper talked about her body, a shape defined by her tall frame, like a basketball or volleyball player with a big butt and chest.
According to the rapper, part of her fitness routine includes a 5-day-a-week workout schedule, 12-hour dance rehearsals, and performing in front of sold-out crowds, “half the time squatting.”
“I know I make it look so easy, but this didn’t happen overnight,”Megan Thee Stallion said in the Nike ad. “Before I became Thee Stallion, I was a young girl in Houston just trying to find her way. Growing up, I remember people saying, ‘Girl you tall. You need to be playing basketball. No, you should be playing volleyball. With those legs, you need to run track.’ I tried them all, but they just weren’t for me. I knew I had to find my passion and do what made me happy.”
