Marlon Wayans Harrassed By United Airline Employees

White Chicks actor Marlon Wayans took to social media on June 10 to express his frustration after an incident while trying to travel with United Airlines. The star alleged that the incident forced him to miss his performance in Kansas City after an airline employee affronted him over an issue with his bags.

In the video posted to Instagram, Wayans began, “Most agents are always love, but every now and then, you come across BAD PEOPLE. This was one of them. @united, this type of employee should never work at your company.”

Wayans, 50, said that he even got a citation for disturbing the peace from authorities in Denver over what he called a lie. “Dude tried to lie and say I assaulted him… The video clearly shows I never touched him. He was desperate to try to have some authority. This was harassment, and I will make enough noise to be sure all my friends and family and peoples stop flying @united. This will be a corporate matter.”

“Fly where you’re respected, protected and loved. @americanair concierge key!!! No more @united for me.” The actor demanded answers, compensation for the missed shows, and apologies from the airline.

Wayans called out United Airlines for making him miss his shows, lose out on money, and disappoint his fans. He accused, “You owe me for my inconvenience, for my missed shows, and most of all, you owe my disappointed fans. After you compensate me, you should give all the fans affected by my no-show vouchers for free trips.”

Amid all the negative experiences, Wayans offered praise for a particular United Airlines employee who treated him with kindness. He wrote on Twitter, “Big shout out to Charlene Huggins Mcclean, the only @united employee that tried to be helpful. Thank you, sis. You deserve a raise.”

Marlon Wayans was set to perform at an Improv Comedy Theatre in Kansas City but could not make any of his three scheduled shows due to the United Airlines incident.
